Lecture Notes
Below you will find my (private) lecture notes for the class. They were not intended for distribution when originally written. However, I still hope that you may find them useful since some of you expressed wishes to have them available.
The notes follow the chapter organization of the textbook. However, the section (and sub-section) numbering scheme is fully mine, and it follows only partly that of the textbook.

Note that the material from Chapter 5 of the book that we have covered is contained in Chapter 4 of the lecture notes.
