Lecture Notes
Below you will find my (private) lecture notes for the class. They were not intended for distribution when originally written. However, I still hope that you may find them useful.
The notes follow the chapter organization of the textbook. However, the section (and sub-section) numbering scheme is fully mine, and it follows only partly that of the textbook.
