Coming to Trondheim

• Main options to fly to Trondheim are via Copenhagen, Oslo (with SAS), Amsterdam (KLM), and London/Stansted (Norwegian). Tickets bought directly on the KLM/SAS/Norwegian webpages may be cheaper than on pages like Expedia etc.


• Trondheim's airport Vaernes lies around 35 km north-east of the town center. There is a bus connection ("Flybussen") synchronized with all arrivals. Tickets are sold in the bus, Euro and credit cards are accepted. Stops in the center close to all hotels. The stop for the Park hotel is called "Prinsen kinosenter", just 50m away from the hotel.
  The costs for a taxi ride to Trondheim are 550 NOK (single person) and 290 NOK per person (>2).
